I have worked in mortgage lending and real estate brokerage since 1985. Today I am the principal broker at Ashbrooke Realty, LLC, and I am also a licensed mortgage broker. I work exclusively in Virginia, with a focus on Stafford County and the nearby Spotsylvania and Fredericksburg areas. Evaluating property condition and value is what I do best, and I can bring in the practical help a move actually takes, from contractors for repairs to movers. My aim is straightforward: if you are sixty days behind or more, you are dealing with enough already. I am not here to add to it. I am here so you know what your options are and can decide what fits your situation.
